It's Hawaii, I really don't have any idea what day it is... You wear the shorts over your wetsuit to protect and preserve the wetsuits from the sun wind and salt...Forecast? Alright, but if I get it wrong, blame the wind.
Boardshorts over wetsuits - everyone does it from Kiteboarders to SCourse Water Skiers. It looks cooler - besides when I have a seat on the beach, rock, stump, or whereever - I dont want to tear up my wetsuit...Board Shorts are cheaper (well kind of) and you have to buy them ever so often to keep up with the latest styles. Onell hasnt changed those wetsuits in years!
